1.How about your quality?

2. How long will your watches last?
This is kind of like asking how long a car will last. It all depends on how you use it. If you put wear and tear on it regularly by driving and using it frequently and in rugged situations, or in this case wear the watch the same way, it would not last as long as if, say, you used it at times that you could treat it with care. If so, our watches will last a very long time.
3. How do I set the GMT& local time?
GMT means Dual Time Zone and it usually use a 24-hour clock instead of a 12-hour clock we normally use. GMT can be set with two time zones. A local minute-hour hand time and a GMT (sometimes red) arrow second time zone.
To adjust time, please follow the instructions below:
a. Unwind the crown anti-clockwise softly and slowly until it loosen up. There are two steps of pulling out the button stem. Do not exert too much force here and please make sure you do it lightly and carefully.
b. STEP ONE is for setting the GMT second time zone. STEP TWO is for setting the local time. Pull one-step out is to set GMT and date by winding the button clockwise and anticlockwise respectively. Pull one more step is for setting local time. Pushing the crown inward one step will bring it back to GMT setting. Pushing it two steps will bring it back to normal position and you can wind it back clockwise while pushing it back softly to secure the crown onto the watchcase.
c. Set local time FIRST and then GMT SECOND time zone. When you set local time, GMT time will also be changed at the same time

7. It has been 3 days since I placed my order, how come it still hasn't been shipped yet?
Depending on which style of watch you ordered, it may have to be custom made, as some watches are made to order. Some of the more exotic watches can take up to 3-5 business days for it to be shipped out. As soon as your watch is shipped out, you will be notified of it in your email. The status of your watch will be indicated as "Shipped".
8. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
If your watch is damaged or missing contact us and notify us of the situation, we will ship another watch out to you once we receive back the damaged one. The customer should check if the product is damaged or not before signing for receiving.
9. Can I cancel my order placed on your online store for exchange or refund?
Yes, of course you can. You can cancel the order within 24 hours of its placement, before the item is shipped.
10. Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with your product or service?
Yes, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, please contact our staff and notify us of the problem. We will provide you with a return address where you can send the replica watch to. 15. What is meant by automatic, chronograph, and quartz?
Automatic, or self-winding, means the watch has a self-winding mechanism which allows it to run on its own without batteries. The advantage is, batteries are not required. The disadvantage is, they should be serviced every few years to make sure they run smoothly. Chronographs are the little dials (or 'clocks') which appear within the watches themselves and are always fully functional on our watches. They are normally used as stopwatch timers. Quartz means the watch runs on a battery. One disadvantage is, they normally have fewer markings and details than self-winding watches, and you have to change the battery so often.
16. What is meant by sweeping second hand, and which watches have it?
A sweeping second hand simply means that the second hand sweeps smoothly instead of ticking once every second. Basically, it is just a bunch of very small, rapid, tiny ticks combined that makes it look like it is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a sweeping second hand, and all battery-run (quartz) and chronograph watches have a ticking second hand.
