Warranty &Return Policy
Warranty ----12 months
We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use. In order to provide total satisfaction to our customers, we offer a 12-month contractual warranty for any defective products, starting from the date of delivery. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
Returning Purchased Merchandises Policy
1. An agreement and the respect of the return conditions are required for sending back an item. Otherwise, the parcel will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
2. Send us an email : sales@bestsales4u.com to obtain an authorization (RMA #) as well as a return reference. Without them, the return will not be accepted.
3. The delivery method of a returned item will be determined and confirmed by our customer service staff. No return sent by Cash on Delivery will be accepted or the parcel will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
4. The return reference should be marked clearly on the parcel.
5. The return authorization (RMA #) is only valid for thirty (30) days (date stamp by the postal service as proof). The parcel received after 30 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
6.Products must be returned 100% complete, including a copy of the invoice, all the components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Place the packaged product in a protective box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange. We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
7. Our technical service staff will estimate if a returned item is defective.
